Aman Beverly Hills will anchor the landmark One Beverly Hills development at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. Developed in partnership with Cain International and OKO Group, the destination continues Aman’s strategic expansion into global cities.
Designed by Kerry Hill Architects and informed by the wider masterplan by Foster + Partners with landscape architecture by RIOS, the project introduces a contemporary sanctuary set within expansive botanical gardens. KHA’s design draws on Los Angeles’ urban character and artisanal craftsmanship, expressed through a neutral palette inspired by California’s natural landscape.
The property will feature a 78-key all-suite Aman hotel, two residential towers housing a limited number of Aman branded residences, and the first standalone Aman Club – a 100,000-square-foot space dedicated to wellness, dining and community.
Ground-breaking took place in February 2024, marking the next step in delivering Aman’s signature privacy, architectural refinement and service to Beverly Hills.
